TYPES OF INSTALLATION

FLUSH MOUNT

Recessed installation is the most common and popular way to install a sink. Its main advantage is that it is easy to install and fits any type of worktop, regardless of what it is made of. Using a template or by tracing the shape of the sink, and then reducing the outside dimension by 1.5 cm on each side, a hole is made in the countertop, properly protected from the ingress of water, and then the sink is recessed into the countertop. Mounting stability is ensured by the hooks we include in the set. Note that in the case of glass sinks, the hole in the countertop is cut under the bowl in order to maintain the stability of the glass countertop

RECESSED MOUNTING WITH FLAT EDGES

Flat-edge recessed installation refers to reduced-edge sinks that protrude above the worktop only by the thickness of their material and, like recessed installation, do not require special waterproof countertops. This results in an aesthetically pleasing and uniform appearance of the work surface, which is additionally very easy to clean.

UNDERSLUNG ASSEMBLY

Undermount installation involves suspending the sink under a properly prepared and treated waterproof countertop made of granite, composite or solid wood. This type of assembly offers the possibility to combine chambers of different sizes and shapes to suit individual user preferences, while providing an elegant appearance. The sink becomes almost invisible, and cleaning the worktop has never been so easy.

FARM TYPE INSTALLATION

The farm sink is gaining more and more supporters and can be found more and more often in kitchens. This is due not only to the recurring fashion for the rustic character of rooms, but also to the convenience of use. Farmer-type sinks have large, deep bowls, which greatly affects the ease of work at them, and an exposed apron, so there is no need to lean over it in an uncomfortable way. The installation of such a sink takes place in an overlapping manner, and it is very important to carefully measure the product in order to prepare cut-outs both in the countertop and possible undercuts for the cabinet. The sink is placed from above in the prepared cutout, additionally attached with hooks, and secured with silicone to avoid damage to the damp countertop.
